CTEC has taken several measures to protect our members and our employees from the coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. Cooperative management has been monitoring the situation and decided that beginning Friday, March 20 all office lobbies will be temporarily closed to the public until further notice. Drive-thru windows and drop boxes at all CTEC offices will remain open to our members.
Cooperative business operations will continue as normal. CTEC personnel will still handle payments and customer service questions through the drive-thru windows and drop-boxes, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Customer Service Representatives will be available by phone at 800-900-2832, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Online banking - Initiate a payment through your bank
- CTEC SmartHub mobile app – available in both the Google and App Store
