Dental Plan
A comprehensive dental plan that provides up to 2 free cleanings per year.
Medical Plans
A competitive high deductible health plan (HDHP) with preferred provider benefits paired with a health savings account (HSA). CTEC pays a percentage of the employee’s premiums and provides a contribution to each employee’s HSA.
Vision Plan
A vision plan provides eye exams and discounted eyewear.
401k Pension Plan (deferred contribution)
A 401k plan that includes cooperative matching, employee contribution, immediate vesting, and both pretax and Roth contribution features.
Life Insurance
A company-provided life insurance policy three times your annual salary.
Retirement and Security Program
A defined benefit pension plan that bases pension benefits on employee salary and years of benefits earned. Vesting occurs in full after 5 years of continuous employment.
Short Term & Long Term Disability
Company-provided benefit. The cooperative pays 66 2/3 for up to 13 weeks of disability of short-term disability. Cooperative pays 66 2/3 of the average base pay after 13 weeks of long-term disability.
Business Travel Accident Insurance
A company-provided policy that provides a benefit if an employee is involved in an accident while traveling on business with $100,000 for accidental death.
Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance
You may purchase additional Supplemental Life Insurance and AD&D coverage up to five times your annual salary. Spouse and child life insurance options are also available.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid time off (PTO) allows up to 15 days during the first year of service, 20 days for five to ten years of service, and 25 days for more than 10 years of service.
Bereavement Leave
Employees receive 3 days of paid leave for the death of an immediate family member of the employee or spouse (spouse, child, mother, father, grandparent, sibling, including step and inlaws).
Holidays
Includes 11 paid holidays (including the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and one local community holiday.)
