Take the hassle out of sending in electric bill payments every month. Now there are two easy ways to sign up for bank drafting at CTEC.
If you already are a bank draft member, you can now also update your account yourself. See below for more information.
1. Sign up at any CTEC office, or click the link below for a printable form that you can send in and have your bank account conveniently "drafted" for the amount of your bill at the same time each month. Please mail your completed form and attachments to:

2. Sign up for bank drafting “on-line”. Just click on the SmartHub button on the homepage and follow the steps.
3. Update your own account information – change your bank, remove your account from bank drafting, request an address change – just click on the SmartHub button on the homepage to make the changes you need
