Operations Update

CTEC members in and around Willow City

In keeping with our commitment to provide reliable service to our members, CTEC has contracted with Schneider Engineering to do staking in your area.

Work is scheduled to begin January 18, 2021 and last for approximately one month.  Schneider Engineering is authorized to enter the property of CTEC members in order to complete this work.  If you have any questions, please call Fernando Albiter at 997-2126, extension 2234.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Central Texas Electric Cooperative is investing in a new Advanced Metering Infrastructure or AMI system to improve the reliability and efficiency of the existing electric distribution system. All meters across the Central Texas Electric Co-op service territory will be replaced with meters that will work with this new system.  To find out more about this project click here.

Crews are currently replacing meters in and around the Sunrise Beach, Bluffton, Tow and Buchanan Dam areas.
