If Central Texas Electric Cooperative does not have the correct phone number linked to your home address in our outage management system, it becomes much more difficult for you to report an outage, especially after hours. By keeping your contact information up to date, you can take full advantage of the services your co-op offers.
Also, if CTEC has the correct information on file you can receive phone or email notifications for important information like planned outages in your area or member meeting notifications.
But remember: You cannot take advantage of these benefits if we don’t have your correct information.
