CTEC Members of the Wolf Creek Substation

Texas Utility Inspection Services (TUIS) will be inspecting power poles in your area.  Work is scheduled to begin on March 4, 2024, and will take 4-6 months to complete.  If you have any questions concerning this work, please contact Bruce Ottmers at (830) 997-2126 or at (800) 900-CTEC ext. 2251 or email Bruce.

 


CTEC Members in the Rio Llano Subdivision area

In keeping with our commitment to providing reliable service to our members, CTEC has been working on a voltage conversion project in this area.

Work started in November 2023 and is expected to last the end of the year o 2024.  Work on this project is being done by James Power Line Construction.  Members may notice a brief interruption in service while crews are changing out poles and transformers.  Tree trimming may also need to be performed by Townsend Tree Service.

In keeping with our commitment to provide reliable service to our members, crews from James Power Line will be rebuilding the existing power lines in your area.

In keeping with our commitment to provide reliable service to our members, crews from Townsend Tree Service will be clearing the right-of-way of the existing power lines in your area.

CTEC Members in the Kingsland Area

In keeping with our commitment to provide reliable service to our members, CTEC will be performing line upgrades in this area.

Beginning in April 2022, the preliminary engineering work will be done by Schneider Engineering.  The Right-Of-Way work will be done by Townsend Tree Service and the construction will be done by James Power Line Construction. The project will take approximately 6-8 months to complete.
