Look in your Aust issue of Texas Co-op Power magazine. A postage-paid envelope is provided to return your proxy card if you do not plan to attend the annual meeting in person. It will protect the privacy of each member’s signature and account number, and it keeps each vote private.
You’ll find the envelope inserted between the hardcover and the regular magazine cover of this issue. It is addressed to the firm that will tabulate the votes, so do not include your payment or anything other than your proxy card in this envelope. Use this only if you cannot attend the annual meeting in person. We need the participation of everyone to establish a quorum at the meeting, so please mark your vote and send it in with the enclosed envelope before the deadline of noon on August 11th.
If you would like to attend our annual meeting, attendance prizes will be given for each membership and you will be eligible for cash door prizes up to $500!
