The 2026 CTEC Scholarship Program deadline is February 27, 2026.
This year, we are excited to offer $150,000 in scholarships!
We offer scholarships for students pursuing a traditional college education and those enrolling in technical schools.
Students must meet the following to be eligible:
- Must be an active CTEC member whose primary residence is served by CTEC.
- CTEC account must be in the name of the applicant or the applicant’s legal parent or guardian.
- Former recipients of the CTEC scholarship are not eligible.
- Must attend and be considered a full-time student at an accredited Texas institution of higher education.
All CTEC Scholarship Applications must contain the following:
- Completed CTEC Scholarship Application
- Two letters of recommendation
- Official Transcript of the school you most recently attended
- SAT/ACT test score if applicable
- Parent/guardian and applicant’s signatures
- Recent digital photo
